Delegation from Khanaqin Submits a 12-Point Security and Administrative Demands Paper to the President
Informed sources reported that a delegation comprising Kurdish political forces, figures, and activists from the city of Khanaqin presented a 12-point demand paper to the President of the Republic during a meeting at the Peace Palace in Baghdad.
The paper focused on restricting the security file to official institutions, preventing interference by other parties, forming a joint civil administration for the military file in Khanaqin and Article 140 areas, and halting the decision to elevate Qara Tapa and Jalawla into districts.
